We Are All Human…

One thing I’ve learnt in the past few years is fitness can be performed anywhere.

This is about me showing you as normal every day hard working mum working in my lounge where my kids play.  You don’t need the perfect setting or background, it’s about finding that convenient space at your own convenience. 

 

Mistakes can be made, words can be jumbled but one things for sure I will make you work hard,  change the way you feel and look and view yourself … and if you are committed to my programme there will be lots of rewards down there line as my business grows.

How It Works:

Sign up and create own portal. You have 8 Pilates sessions released per month, with access to 2 a week. All sessions designed differently to give you that all over body workout… driven from the core.

Pregnancy:
please contact me for questions related to pregnancy before subscribing.

Equipment needed:
Mat, small weights, a band or strap.

​

Prerequisite:
A little knowledge and experience of exercise. An understanding what the core. is.

Stretch: The Bendy One

Elongate the body, change your body shape and enhance your flexibility by incorporating yoga style moves, all tied in to one core workout

Power: The Fiery One

Challenge your bodies capabilities by holding positions, then firing up fast movements to shock the muscles and create more power throughout, all driven from the core

Strength: The Gritty One

Using a combination of free weights/resistance bands and body weight to increase muscle strength and tone, burn fat and help increase your metabolic rate by burning more calories at rest

Cardio: The Hearty One

A more high intensity workout to increase your fitness levels and an all over body workout. An effective ‘heart rate raiser’ workout by using repetitive and fast movements
